Men’s First Team
Our men’s 1st team play in BUCS 1A, the highest division of Scottish Basketball. They finished second last year, ensuring another season to push for BUCS Prem. A win against UWS, lead by Head Coach Eoghann Dover and assistant Liam McCabe, also solidified the M1s as Scottish Student National Champions.
Women’s First Team
The Women’s 1st team are a Performance team at Edinburgh meaning they get access to the highest level of training and S&C available to a student athlete. They Play in BUCS Premiership North where they finished 4th last season. Led by Head Coach Bart Sengers, they were also crowned SSS National Champions and won the Scottish National League with an unbeaten record.
Men’s Second Team
The Men’s 2nd team compete in BUCS Div 2 and finished 4th this season. The M2s made an appearance in the BUCS Scottish Cup Final, a highlight of the year. The team is lead by head coach Erynn Legge.
Women’s Second Team
The W2s play in BUCS Div 1 and after a tough season last year are looking to push for thye top end of the table this year. Their head coach for the year is Peter Blair.
Men’s Third Team
A turbulent 22/23 season saw the M3s relegated to BUCS Div 4. All that means is that they will be straight into a battle for promotion in the coming season!
Women’s Third Team
The W3s finished the year 4th in BUCS Div 2, ensuring another season competing at this level.
Men’s 4th Team
A new addition to EUBC for the 23/24 season, the M4s will compete in BUCS Div 5, allowing up to 18 new mwmberships to the club.
Development Team
Another new initiative for the 23/24 season. The development team is a mixed gender team that will compete in the University’s Intramural League. This will provide a pathway to the rest of the teams.
